A little gem we found in Nha Trang. Owner is from Memphis, Tennessee and take it from us southerners; his BBQ is the real deal!! He figured since everyone in the world seems to know of Texas, that's the "southern" state he should put in the name of the restaurant! Ha

P.S: To set the record straight after some Google research, the Biere Larue was originally a French-Lao venture but, after many changes in ownership, since 2005 the Lao government has owned 50% of the company and Carlsberg the other 50%.I am sure you wanted to know that!
